DIGITAL DESIGN

MASTER PLANNING

SITE PLANNING

Digital or computer aided design is the modeling of physical systems on computers through a variety of programs, allowing both interactive visual analysis of design intent variants, and the expression of designs in a form suitable for presentation and construction documentation.

Specific attraction master plans present themselves when budget, schedule, attendance levels, cultural concerns, site analysis, goals and guidelines are respected.  Master planning is an exploratory exercise ultimately defendable when carefully considered.

Informed program content respectful to site analysis, feasibility and component synergies, sensitive to  demographic concerns inclusive of reasonable independent destinations with supportive entertainment dining and retail, lodging, guest services, and support, and in respect of access issues allows the site design to present itself.
